- The product, template, or article you’re referring to, if relevant.
- Your Power BI Desktop version or Service tenant region, for technical issues.
- Any screenshots or sample files that illustrate the problem.

Custom visualisations
Commission a bespoke Power BI custom visual, or ask about adapting one of our existing visuals to your data and brand. Tell us a little about your dataset and the interaction you have in mind and we’ll scope it with you.
Subscriptions & Power BI agents
Help with a recurring service or Power BI agent subscription — billing, upgrades, cancellations, and onboarding. Existing subscribers should email from the address associated with their account so we can verify it quickly.
Partnerships, affiliates & press
Interested in partnering, an affiliate arrangement, sponsored content, or a media enquiry? Email us with “Partnership” in the subject line and a few details about what you have in mind.
Support & refunds
Already bought something and need a hand? Include your order number and the email used at checkout, and we’ll sort it out. For refund requests, please review our refund policy first and reference the order in your message.
Response times
- General & sales enquiries: within 1 business day.
- Technical support for purchased products: 1–2 business days.
- Custom work & partnerships: 2–3 business days, as these often need a more detailed reply.
