We’re a small, focused team of Power BI practitioners — report designers, data modellers, and DAX tinkerers — who have spent years building dashboards for organisations of every size. Along the way we kept rebuilding the same themes, templates, and patterns from scratch. PowerBI.app is where we package that experience into resources you can use right away.

What we believe

We obsess over data modelling, performance, accessibility, and visual design — because the details are what turn a dashboard people tolerate into one they actually rely on.

PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY. IT GOVERNS YOUR UNDERSTANDING OF THE RELATIONSHIP — OR, MORE ACCURATELY, THE COMPLETE ABSENCE OF ANY RELATIONSHIP — BETWEEN POWERBI.APP AND MICROSOFT CORPORATION.

1. Definitions. In this notice: (a) "Site" means the website located at the domain powerbi.app and all subdomains, pages, content, products, and services made available through it; (b) "We", "us", "our", and "PowerBI.app" mean the independent operator of the Site and its owners, members, officers, employees, contractors, and agents; (c) "Microsoft" means Microsoft Corporation, a Washington corporation, together with each of its past, present, and future parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, successors, assigns, licensees, and related entities; and (d) "Microsoft Marks" means "Microsoft", "Power BI", "Microsoft Power BI", and any and all related or associated names, word marks, logos, icons, device marks, product names, service names, slogans, trade names, trade dress, get-up, and other indicia of origin, whether registered or unregistered, owned or controlled by Microsoft.

2. Absolute Disclaimer of Relationship. PowerBI.app is a wholly independent enterprise. We expressly, unequivocally, and absolutely state that PowerBI.app is NOT, and at no time has been, and does not hold itself out as being: affiliated with; associated with; connected to; authorised by; endorsed by; sponsored by; approved by; certified by; accredited by; licensed by; partnered with; an agent of; a representative of; a reseller, distributor, or value-added reseller for; a joint venturer with; an employee, contractor, or franchisee of; or in any other commercial, legal, contractual, fiduciary, or organisational relationship whatsoever with Microsoft. No such relationship exists, has ever existed, or is to be implied, inferred, assumed, or construed from any content, naming, styling, reference, hyperlink, metadata, or other element appearing on or in connection with the Site.

3. Independent Origin of Products and Content. Every product, template, style guide, tutorial, how-to, custom visualisation, subscription service, article, and other item or material offered, sold, or published through the Site is conceived, authored, developed, produced, and supplied solely and independently by PowerBI.app. None of the foregoing is made, manufactured, produced, supplied, reviewed, vetted, tested, certified, validated, endorsed, supported, maintained, or warranted by Microsoft in any respect. Microsoft has no involvement of any kind in, and no responsibility or liability of any kind for, the Site or anything offered, sold, published, or made available through it.

4. Ownership of Trademarks; Nominative Use Only. All Microsoft Marks are and remain the sole and exclusive property of Microsoft and/or their respective owners. PowerBI.app expressly disclaims and asserts no ownership of, right, title, or interest in, or licence to, any Microsoft Mark. Any and all use of the Microsoft Marks on the Site is strictly nominative, descriptive, referential, and fair, made for the sole purpose of accurately and truthfully identifying the third-party software platform with which our independently created products and services are designed to be compatible, or about which our editorial content reports, comments, or instructs. Such use is the minimum reasonably necessary to identify that platform and is not intended to, and does not, suggest any affiliation, association, sponsorship, endorsement, or approval. All goodwill generated by any reference to the Microsoft Marks inures exclusively to the benefit of Microsoft. Nothing on the Site shall be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any licence or right to use any Microsoft Mark without Microsoft’s prior written permission.

5. No Warranty, Certification, or Approval by Microsoft. No reference to Microsoft or to any Microsoft Mark anywhere on the Site constitutes or shall be construed as any representation, warranty, guarantee, certification, accreditation, review, endorsement, approval, or recommendation by Microsoft of PowerBI.app or of any product, service, or content offered through the Site. Compatibility with, or reference to, the Power BI platform does not imply that Microsoft has examined, approved, or assumed any responsibility for our products or services.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and all products, services, and content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties or conditions of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that any product or content will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with any particular version, build, or configuration of any third-party software, including the Power BI platform.

7. Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall PowerBI.app be liable for, and Microsoft shall under no circumstances bear any liability for, any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with the Site, the Microsoft Marks, or any product, service, or content, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Reservation of Rights; Respect for Intellectual Property. PowerBI.app respects the intellectual property rights of Microsoft and of all third parties. This notice shall not be construed as a waiver, abandonment, or limitation of any right, claim, or remedy of Microsoft, all of which are expressly reserved to Microsoft. If you are Microsoft, an authorised representative of Microsoft, or the proprietor of any trademark or other right referenced on the Site, and you consider that any use is incorrect, objectionable, or infringing, please contact us immediately at contact@powerbi.app and we will review and, where appropriate, promptly amend or remove the material in question.

9. Severability. If any provision of this notice is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalidity of any single denial, disclaimer, or statement in this notice shall not affect the validity of any other.

10. Entire Statement. This notice represents our complete and final statement regarding the absence of any relationship between PowerBI.app and Microsoft, and supersedes any contrary inference that might otherwise be drawn from any element of the Site.
